can anyone help .I cant get the diagnostic tests to get past first base with my nb1300plus4.I have two computers connected into the router/switch and working fine but the psx 2 doesnt even get past first base.The modem is on the default settings i.e) auto dns ect what do i need to do to get the modem to let the psx 2 in? when i start the diagnostic tests the light on that port of the modem blink so it is seeing activity up the cable but no luck with the first light on the diagnostic test with the psx 2?
