Hi folks, situation is:
SMC barricade router
NB1300
3 computers
Action done:
Have made NB1300 as bridge and connected it to the WAN port of the SMC router, connect to Swiftel using PPPoE LLC ---> Problem: My internet connection is very slow, pinging to www.cisco.com getting request timed out... Is there any other changes I have to made with the NB1300???
Current set up:
I connect to swiftel using PPPoA LLC disabled bridfe of the NB1300, connected the NB1300 to one of the LAN port of SMC router, and made static ip address off all the 3 computers with default gateway pointing to NB1300. This works much better and much faster internet connection.. Is there any harm of this set up in terms of security???
