Just a quick question. I understand that swiftel's customer base has hit 10000 people. How well is the Swiftel's systems etc coping with the demand and increase in customers?

It appears to be coping quite well. Can't speak for other customers but the performance and reliability that I am getting is as good as it always was.

Yep... no problems here. Have been using the 1500/256/6GB plan for just the last couple of weeks and have always had a connection and always had 150+ KB/s speed. (South East QLD)

Those are the services I'm aware of...
Those we're seeing the machine fall over on a daily basis. :(
With this many users, a few extra servers would be nice -- or even some load balancing. :D

I haven't noticed any significant issues arising. Speed has remained consistent, outages for me have been minimal.
Had to log a call with support due to a line speed upgrade issue which turned out to be Telstras problem. The swift team handled the call very efficiently from their end,in my opinion.
Certainly still very very happy.
