Xbox live down?

Is Live down or somethin? got my broadband today and am using a direct connection for now, but it always tells me there's a dns error. I've put in the dns that it has on the web site, i've put it in my username and pass, not sure what else to do,... well i am gonna call swiftel tech on monday, but thats the weekend of Live gaming down the drain....HELP!!

Live has been shocking for me today. Games are sluggish big time.

And its happened ever since big pond leech weekend came into effect ?

Slow for me too, when i play PGR2. MM3 is fine.

yeah same, i couldnt connect for a while and even when i did there was significant lag, but it seems ok now.
