Help Connecting

I tried to connect to the news.syd.swiftdsl.com.au through Outlook Express and its asking for username and password... i entered what i thought it might be and nothing... what pass are they asking for?
the one which i use to connect to the net or the one i use to connect to the user facility pages?

Go to Tools -> Account -> News -> Properties -> Server (tab) and ensure "This server requires me to log on" is not selected.

Also, you can use news.swiftdsl.com.au - they are the same server, but it doesn't really matter.
