Sprint News Feed has stopped

Hi,

In an effort to make things better I have requested that our feed supplyer Sprint remove a number of groups from our feed.

Unfortunately they have stopped the feed as of 3am today.

No news sorry guys, they replied with promise of a resolution but nothing as yet.

Called them again today and within 15mins its back on.

I will follow up to find out whats their story.

A so much better and more honest response than Telstra ever gave me. One of the reasons I came to Swiftel was to get this kind of response.
I understand if there are problems as long as we are kept informed.

Hi,

Okay so back at square one, as of 9.30am ish, 15mins after talking to my Oz Sprint contact they enabled the feed again.

Still without the filters I requested.

Im loosing count of how many threads pepople start to talk about
this...
