dose anybody know how to setup xbox live foe a dsl 302g modem

There are a number of ways you can set it up.

Did you want your computer(s) to be able to use the Internet at the same time as the Xbox?

If so, you should probably use ICS or get a hardware router.

If you don't care about the other computers, you can plug the modem directly into the Xbox (with a cross-over cable).

This (http://www.xbox.com/en-AU/live/start/connect/default.htm) page explains the way to setup XBL in the three main ways, directly, ICS and via a router.
