View Full Version : Error creating new mailbox

When I log into my account via members.swiftdsl.com.au to create a new email address (purpose is to link my webspace to this new address, because I don't want my original username to appear in my webspace address), I get the following error:

Problem creating mailbox uid=YYYYY,uid=XXXXXXXXXX,st=wa,o_ u=swiftdsl,o=swiftel,c=au: Insufficient access

"

where XXXXXXX = my ph number & YYYY = my new email address I'm trying to create

Does anyone know what that error means?

I'm on 256 Unlimited.

it sounds like you may not have access to "create" your e-mail accounts. Send support an e-mail about it.

Thanks for your reply.

It turned out that I was logging into the members section using my username (mailbox) that I had created, and not my tel. no. That was the reason that it didn't allow me to create additional email boxes.

Got it all fixed now :)
