Are the displayed postings times in Email Issues in UTC ??

shows the time as Oct. 29, 00:15:28 UTC add one hour for DST

So it appears posting times are displayed as UTC + one hour

click on "user cp" button at top of page, select "edit options" - change your timezone.
This has been affected by daylight savings, in Perth now you have to select GMT +7 (instead of 8).
This being of course that in Perth we don't have daylight savings due to the fact that all the cows fade, and the curtains no longer give milk!

I went the wrong way with above post. GMT + 9 (not 11) on the East coast

Yep DS as a lot to answer for, I still haven't figured out how to get the VCR to flash 01:00
