I just received some of my email and with it one of them had an attachment. I have never had a problem in the past, but i've noticed since i moved over to Swiftel, any attach to an email i get is 'Ghost Out (greyed out)'. Then when i right-click and select open I get the following message...
OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail: (the senders email name and file attachment name)

What is causing this and how do i get around it. I know there is nothing wrong with the attachment, and it has happened at least 3 times thus far.

Check your settings in OE, there is a particular setting that you can check that will not let you open anything that could be harmful to your system.

Got it.. thanx Matty,

Anyone else with this problem:

Go to TOOLS then OPTIONS then SECURITY. From there look down about half way and you will see something about not opening attachments that may be or contain Virus. If there is a check mark there, remove it. This should get you going.
