Virtually every ADSL modem sold in Australia in the last 12 months has PPPoE software on its install CD.
If you have acquired one of these modems secondhand without the CD you can download the software from the manufacturers site.
Windows XP has built in PPPoE software.
However, if your modem does not have PPPoE software (and for whatever reason the manufacturer's site does not have a download, and you are not using XP here is a list of sites that offer free PPPoE downloads:
