Customer Service Call : Isp Username And Password

I have been trying to get in contact with anyone from this business for over a week now as i dont have internet at home
, my modem has lost its isp username and password and i am needing that information , i have sent emails , rang everyday to find myself on hold for 20 minutes or more then it coming to a msg bank where i have left countless messages to have no one call me back .

Is if possible to actually get some Customer Service as this is effecting my work.

The ADSL connection information is available from our People Telecom Support website. The connection information should have also been sent to you in your original ADSL Application connection email.

ADSL Connection Information

All ADSL hardware that is shipped from People Telecom comes with the appropriate setup information. If you are required to input the device settings manually then use the following information.

Login: xxxxxxxxxx@people.net.au (replace x's with your 10 digit phone number)
Password: PWDxxxxxxxxxxT (replace x's with your 10 digit phone number, case sensitive so make sure PWD and T are in caps)
VPI: 8
VCI: 35
Encapsulation: PPPoE LLC
