Ne email accounts with Wireless2Go

I have a friend who has recently changed from bigpond wireless to w2go.
They have been told that there arent any email accounts included with w2go. Surely this isnt the case ?

All our ADSL plans come with 10 email addresses with the domain @people.net.au, our wireless plans do not.
