Speed not changed

Hello all

I was currently on the 512k plan in May and requested to have my plan changed to 1500k which i was advised by People Telecom that this will be done on 1st June 2008. However I'm still on 512k as of 2nd June 9.45pm

Does anybody know when or if my plan will take effect as of this month as I do not want to pay for 1500k when I'm only getting 512k. I have powercyled AND reset the modem and im still recieving the same speed as my old plan. Here is a log from Ozspeedtest.com

Hi Kanga,

Speed changes can take up to 2 working days from the start of the new month, due to the 1st of the month falling on a weekend (in this case). Your speed will probably change sometime tomorrow.

Give your modem a power cycle tomorrow afternoon and you will probably find that you are syncing at the new speed.

Oops! forgot the 1st fell on Sunday. Many thanks, will power boot tomorrow as you suggested.
